Cancellation Policy

Cosmic Hippie Beauty Cancellation Policy At Cosmic Hippie Beauty, my schedule is how I support myself, and maintaining clear boundaries helps me provide the best experience for all clients. Please read and respect the following policies: 1. Deposits All appointments require a deposit to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. If the required deposit is not fulfilled, the appointment may be canceled without notice. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling All cancellations and rescheduling must be completed by the client through the booking portal. I no longer process cancellations on behalf of clients. A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service (in addition to the non-refundable deposit). 3. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Repeated missed appointments will require an additional non-refundable deposit for future bookings. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If a reschedule is required, a 50% service fee will apply.
