Cosmic Hippie Beauty Cancellation Policy At Cosmic Hippie Beauty, I strive to offer the best possible experience for all my clients. To ensure I can continue providing quality service, I kindly ask that clients respect my time and the following policies: 1. Cancellation/Rescheduling Notice A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. 2. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Repeated missed appointments may result in requiring a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. 3. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a reschedule, with a 50% charge of the service applied if necessary. 4. Emergency Exceptions I understand emergencies happen.
